A Board of Directors consisting of seven members, who serve a one-year term, governs the Association. The Board is required to oversee and address various operational issues (maintenance, finance, security, architectural review, etc.) of the business. The members of Locust Creek elect the Board members. The limitation and restrictions of the powers of the Board of Directors is outlined in the Association governing documents. The Board meets on the third Wednesday of each month in the Locust Creek Clubhouse, 18500 Longview Park Lane, at 6:30 p.m. An agenda will be posted on the website one week prior to the meeting. During the month of January, the Association asks for those interested in running for the board to submit a brief bio. The ballot, which will be available at the Annual Meeting in March, will list each candidate. The bios will be included in the February newsletter.
