Maintenance Free Yards
An association will maintain all yards in the Villas. This will include mowing the yards, mulching the plants and trees, fertilization, weed treatment, etc at a cost of $108/month. The exteriors and interiors of the homes will be maintained by the owners of the home. The Annual Maintenance Assessment will cover the common area, excluding the pool, is $650.00 per year. Access to the pool is optional for Villa residents with an annual assessment of $700.00.
47 New Custom Homes
The Park at Locust Creek will consist of 47 new homes to be built by some of the most outstanding custom builders in the Louisville area. All homes will include the latest features expected in quality new residences.
Detached Single Family
These attractive homes will be built as detached residences. Many Park homeowners will build “contract” homes and therefore be able to make all of the custom selections for their homes. Other Park homes will be built as speculative homes which can be finished to customer specifications.
Fee Simple Ownership
